Picture Show: Polynesian at Mike's

We had a delicious dinner at Mike's Saturday evening (Prepared by Mike and Jen). It included a macadamia nut encrusted mahi mahi over rice and a Polynesian ratatouille. The mahi mahi was topped with a sweet chutney which just melted in your mouth. The ratatouile included vegetables from their own garden. How cool is that!? Charity and I brought a double stacked pineapple upside down cake. At the end there's a video of Mike plating the rice and shooing Jen away as she tries to correct him. Hilarious.
