An Aspiring Chef, Not Photographer



Well, the picture doesn't do it justice, but tonight we prepared Gorgonzola Linguine with Asparagus- basically linguine and asparagus in a garlic cream sauce topped w/ chopped walnuts and Gorgonzola cheese. I like this meal because it was simple and light. Here's what we did to make it a bit healthier: We used whole wheat pasta, light butter, 1/3 less fat cream cheese, 1% milk, and multi-grain bread. We also had a Caesar salad with light dressing. Mmmmm.....
